2. Products & Availability
All products listed on our website are generally in stock and ready to ship unless identified as custom or personalized items.
Because some of our products are handmade or feature natural materials, slight variations in color, grain, texture, or appearance may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
We reserve the right to correct product descriptions, pricing errors, and inventory inaccuracies when necessary.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss available options or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at checkout through the payment methods available on our website.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to update product prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
We ship orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
In-Stock Products: We strive to ship in-stock items the same business day whenever possible.
Custom & Personalized Products: Custom orders are generally completed and ready for shipment within 2 business days unless another timeframe is discussed during the ordering process.
Estimated USPS delivery times are typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and shipping service.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, postal delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us promptly if an address correction is needed.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Custom and personalized orders are final sale, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or when a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Custom & Personalized Orders
We take pride in creating personalized items specifically for our customers.
When placing a custom order, customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, dates, capitalization, and other personalization details.
We will follow the information submitted with the order unless changes are discussed and confirmed.
If you would like to review a design proof before production, please request one when placing your order.
Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
We reserve the right to decline customization requests that contain vulgar, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content, or that conflict with our established product offerings and creative standards, subject to applicable law.
If we cannot fulfill a requested customization, we will notify the customer and issue an appropriate refund for any unfulfilled portion of the order.
7. Handmade & Natural Materials
Some Grace1222 products are handmade or created using natural materials such as wood, leather, and gemstones.
Natural variations in color, texture, wood grain, and gemstone appearance are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Product measurements are approximate unless otherwise specified.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately; however, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.
8. Product Care & Safety
Customers should follow any care instructions provided with their purchases.
Jewelry and accessories should be handled with care and kept away from excessive moisture, harsh chemicals, and conditions that may cause damage.
Small jewelry components may present choking hazards. Products containing small parts should be kept away from young children unless specifically designed and labeled for their use.
9. Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has shipped or custom production has begun.
